Taikoo Corner

Community Hall
Glass pavilion in urban plaza amid high-rise apartments

Taikoo Corner reimagines urban space as a dynamic hub with contemporary Padel facilities and multi-purpose event space. The design concept resembles a piece of paper being peeled open, drawing people into the activities happening inside and reflecting the activities back into the city. A gentle, flowing aluminium roof steps down and embraces the Padel court to provide spectator stands, creating an engaging atmosphere for both players and viewers.

The interior hall is highly adaptable, accommodating different exhibitions and events that can spill out to the surrounding outdoors. As a steel structure, the hall prioritizes ease of construction, utilising modular panels for the cladding and incorporating sustainable materials to minimise construction cost and carbon footprint.
